My client is Global famous food beverage group with nutrition, snacks, dairy food etc. It has been the top 3 player in his own food category, with 2 high standard manufacturing base in China, annual sales volume surpass RMB 4 billion.
About The Role
Marketing Manager - Brand Development will takes responsibility of overall products' Marketing Strategy & Execution; covering Brand Building & Brand Development, report to CMO with around 3 subordinates of digital marketing, branding, product innovation
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing brand portfolio & NPD pipeline of plant-based food and beverage for omni channel.
- Streamline and co-lead regional Asia projects to launch new products
- In charge of cross-functional cooperation with sales, trade marketing, ecommerce, R&D, supply chain etc.
- ATL & BTL media plan and promotion plan
About The Person
We are looking for one senior marketing professional in FMCG or OTC or Nutrition infant industry. Other key requirements include:
- 7 more years brand owner management in FMCG industry; F&B industry is preferable but not a must
- Good brand activation ability and track record
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work between teams and external agencies
