Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Profitable Sales growth and goal of biologic, including robust new business development
  2. Approach the sales process with high degree of professionalism and effectiveness by successful utilisation of customer centric selling skills and tools, such as use of scorecards, business reviews, visit plan templates, prospecting and new account calls, development of a robust sales funnel, collecting leads, avoidance of bad debts, cross selling, and effective CRM system management.
  3. Develop account relationship, identify opportunities and capture the specification for GenScript ProBio products at strategic account within assigned geography or segment
  4. Develop account matrix and establish relationship with key decision makers and project facilitators to identify and capture opportunities of products and service
  5. Contracts to deliver value and growth
  6. Coordinate closely with project management team as well as collaborating with the manufactory team as necessary to accelerate and drive profitable through solution selling to targeted accounts
  7. Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers
  8. Establish individual performance standards, goals, objectives and provide feedback
  9. Assist financial staff with account receivable management in their region.

  11. Proficient in English writing, communication
  12. Highly capable of execution and a strong sense of responsibility
  13. Master or above degree in Biology or Pharmaceutical with more than 3 years experiences in Life Science, Biotech, Biopharma or Pharmaceutical industry as sales is required
